What is a Retreat?
A retreat is a withdrawal from the outside world. A planned break, a time for revival of one’s body, mind and soul. For many people, it is far easier to recharge their strength and energy far away from everyday life. A retreat offers wonderful opportunities, in a protected space like a sanctuary, to practice awareness and mindfulness of oneself and others and to reflect about one’s life.
There is a daily routine and the program includes besides a healthy diet and quiet periods, body and energy work such as Yoga, Meditation and Aqua-Healing.
A retreat is a spiritual journey to one’s inner wisdom and intuition.
Daily meditations, combined with breathing exercises, open the way to a higher consciousness and greater awareness where transformation can happen.
It becomes easier to let go and surrender into the present moment where healing can / may take place.
A retreat connects people who want to take a profound look into themselves and others, connect and grow inside and reflect on the path to inner peace.
