Ayurvedic – Wellbeing – Week
During the Ayurvedic week, you will learn about the “Science of Life”, discover your Doshas (bio energy type) and experience what you need to achieve harmony and balance. Besides Yoga and Meditation, the programme includes consultations as well as daily cleansing and energising Abhyanga Massages.
Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome. We teach in English and German.
The retreat week starts on Saturday. Check-in: 2 pm Check-out: 10 am
As an option, our Detox can be booked additionally with every retreat package.
